All prototypes shown here were made in the machine shop. Although the machines in the shop are not new the ability to make prototypes like these are only limited by the experience of the machinist/model maker/sheetmetal mechanic/toolmaker. It is also very nice in a manufacturing operation to have a shop that can make anything, from prototypes of new products to fixtures.
