The business was incorporated in 1999 manufacturing PC industrial computer peripherals based on 5 of the owners electronic patents. The company manufactures and sells industrial peripherals products worldwide, 55% offshore and 45% USA. The company is a manufacturer and distributor. Reason for selling, the owner is 71 and is retiring and spends two weeks a month in FL for the last three years.

Revenue's - 1999 - 2005 $150K-$220K per year.
